This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Built Right Nuc ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, and custom or bulk orders.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship using commercial carriers and freight services depending on order size and destination. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout or provided in a custom quote for bulk or pallet orders.

1.3 Shipping Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Built Right Nuc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

1.4 Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is shipped or released for pickup. Built Right Nuc is not liable for damage, loss, or delays occurring during transit.

1.5 Freight and Bulk Orders

Large, palletized, or bulk orders may require freight shipping. Freight delivery appointments, access limitations, and unloading responsibilities are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.6 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Built Right Nuc is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and documented on the delivery receipt.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to Built Right Nuc within 5 business days of delivery.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days of shipment or pickup
Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, assembled, or altered Products
Products damaged due to customer handling, improper use, or environmental exposure
Custom, made-to-order, or bulk orders
Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

3.3 Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Customers must contact Built Right Nuc to obtain return instructions before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

3.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued after inspection of returned Products. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges and Defective Products

4.1 Manufacturing Defects

Built Right Nuc provides a limited 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the defective Product, or
Refund the purchase price of the defective Product.

4.2 Exclusions

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper storage, transport stress, weather, moisture, or normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing or production begins. Bulk and custom orders may not be canceled once production has started.
